Embroidery Basics was just the start.  During this Connectivity and Advanced Embroidery Class, you will customize designs and learn how to interface your machine with your computer.  You can then transfer designs to and from your computer directly to your embroidery machine (Diamond Royal and Ruby). Come learn the basics of piecing making this cute runner that can be adapted for any holiday or theme.  It can be quilted with stitch-n-the ditch or stippled very easily.  Simple to make and very versatile.

In part 1 we will be creating the “lolly” flowers and in part 2 we will be completing the block.

In block 5, you will make three circle flowers and “lolly” flowers

using your Circular Attachment. The three circle flowers will be

finished with a satin stitch and the “lolly” flowers will be turned,

pressed and topstitched in place. The stems are made using bobbin

work, with your Specialty Bobbin Case and the leaves are then

appliquéd in place.

Spring is a time of rebirth and new babies, so why not make a travel changing pad?  You’ll be using the circular stitcher to create an adorable monkey applique for the outside of the changing pad.  We’re using pictograms to make the monkey’s eyes and nose.

5D and 6D software have a section of mini designs that you can use to create new designs or to add accents to labels.  Let’s explore these wonderful mini designs.
